Personally, I had noticed many difference in my health and also felt the calmness in mind. Running had helped me to stay focused on my studies and also in my personal work.

Sometimes we start to inculcate the habit of running when we acquire motivation from something. 

But we'll quit running as soon as we begin.

There are many amazing facts about running and how to continue this immortal practice.

SCIENTIFIC FACTS ABOUT RUNNING:

WEIGHT LOSS:

Running helps burn a lot of calories and hence reduces body fat.

Running also raises the metabolic rate.

The above two help to achieve weight control.

Increases HDL(good cholesterol)

It decreases the chance of getting cold, fever, fatigue, etc...

The secretion of the digestive juices is stimulated while running. 

Thus digestion becomes more efficient. 

Running also stimulates intestinal movements, resulting in a more effective elimination of wastes.

Drink plenty of water before and after running to stay hydrated

A pair of shoes is the only requirement for running. 

Don't wear normal clothes like cotton etc...

Avoid running during viral infections such as the flu or upper respiratory tract infections.

Stop running and contact a doctor if you experience chest discomfort, lightheadedness, or dizziness.
